Circles of Companionship

An interactive in-person gathering where we’ll rediscover our relationship with time through a psychological, physical, and nervous-system lens, moving away from pressure, perfectionism, and the constant struggle to keep up with everything. We’ll explore why we often feel there’s never enough time and how to design our days in a way that is more compassionate, realistic, and aligned with our needs and values. ✨

Circles of Companionship

A warm, in-person gathering where we’ll reconnect with ourselves, understand our emotions and the messages they carry—even those that seem negative. Together, we’ll unpack the self-judgments that shape how we see ourselves and learn how to make more room for positive emotions in our lives, so we can experience greater awareness, balance, and genuine joy in the little moments of everyday life.

Who said play has to end when childhood does? We grew up… And responsibilities began to pile up. The list of “shoulds” kept getting longer. And we started rushing from one thing to the next… As if play were just a phase we had outgrown. As if laughing for no reason were a luxury. As if everything we enjoyed always had to serve a purpose. But we need to play. To laugh. To have fun. To do things simply because they bring us joy. Because play and recreation are important human needs. They create space for our mental well-being, helping us reconnect with our sense of vitality, lightness, and joy. This time, we’ll play simply because we can. We’ll solve puzzles, laugh, challenge each other, get creative, and spend a day reconnecting with that lighter part of ourselves… No responsibilities. No “shoulds.” Just a day to remember that there’s still a little girl inside us who needs to play.
