Information We Collect
When you book a session or course with us, we collect your name, email address, and phone number (since it's linked to a WhatsApp account, which we use to send verification codes and follow up on your booking). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture (if available) directly from Google — we never see or store your Google password. Additionally, we request permission to access your Google Calendar to create, add, and modify your session appointments directly in your calendar.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to confirm your bookings, send appointment reminders, communicate with you via email or WhatsApp about your sessions, and manage your account on the platform. We use access to your Google Calendar to automatically create and add appointments to your Google Calendar with a Google Meet link for booked sessions, ensuring your sessions are organized and easily accessible. We never sell or rent your data to any third party.
Cookies & Sign-In
We use secure (httpOnly) cookies solely to keep you signed in while browsing — there is no advertising tracking or third-party marketing cookies. Sign-in is available only through Google.
Sharing Data With External Services
We use trusted services to operate the platform: Google (for sign-in, creating and managing Google Calendar events, and generating Google Meet links), a WhatsApp messaging service for booking confirmations and verification codes, and an email service for booking notifications. The data shared with them is limited strictly to what's needed for the service to function.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your booking data for as long as your account remains active, so you can review your session history from your account page at any time. If you would like to delete your account, your personal data, or revoke Google Calendar access, you can send a deletion request via email to mesc@rawanelsayed.com. We will process and permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems within 7 business days of receiving your request and confirming it with you.
Your Rights
You have the right to review, update, or request deletion of your data at any time. You can also cancel your booking or update your phone number directly from your account page.
Data Protection
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or alteration, including encrypting communication with the platform and restricting access to your data to authorized personnel only.
Google User Data & Limited Use Policy
The application's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
