Information We Collect
When you book a session or course with us, we collect your name, email address, and phone number (since it's linked to a WhatsApp account, which we use to send verification codes and follow up on your booking). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture (if available) directly from Google — we never see or store your Google password.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to confirm your bookings, send appointment reminders, communicate with you via email or WhatsApp about your sessions, and manage your account on the platform. We never sell or rent your data to any third party.
Cookies & Sign-In
We use secure (httpOnly) cookies solely to keep you signed in while browsing — there is no advertising tracking or third-party marketing cookies. Sign-in is available only through Google.
Sharing Data With External Services
We use trusted services to operate the platform: Google (for sign-in and generating Google Meet links), a WhatsApp messaging service for booking confirmations and verification codes, and an email service for booking notifications. The data shared with them is limited strictly to what's needed for the service to function.
Data Retention
We retain your booking data for as long as your account remains active, so you can review your session history from your account page at any time. If you'd like your account or data deleted, you can contact us directly.
Your Rights
You have the right to review, update, or request deletion of your data at any time. You can also cancel your booking or update your phone number directly from your account page.
